Makenzie was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She grew up playing soccer, where she would eventually go off to play at two Division 1 soccer schools, Oklahoma State University and Texas Tech Tech University.
Her career started as an intern at Texas Motor Speedway where she also helped manage her parent's business, Earthwise Pet, which is also located in Southlake, TX. This position eventually progressed into a full-time position as a Media Relations Coordinator/ Event Coordinator for Indycar and NASCAR. In 2019, Makenzie would make her way to Austin, TX, where she was the sole Event Production Manager for Circuit of Americas, which at the time was the only Formula 1 racetrack in the US. From there, she went on to be the Director and Manager of Operations for the YouTuber, MonkeyWerx. Before the transition to Pro Capital, she was a Recruiter and Account Manager for Insight Global which was the second largest IT staffing agency in the country. During this position, Makenzie had the opportunity to help find other individuals jobs in an economy that most have struggled in, which was very rewarding to her.
Makenzie loves helping others and is excited to join the Pro Capital team, where she will be able to grow her skills, continue to learn and gain experience and knowledge into the financial industry!
