Makenzie was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where she developed a competitive edge early on through high-level soccer, ultimately playing at two Division I programs—Oklahoma State University and Texas Tech University.
Her professional journey began at Texas Motor Speedway, where she transitioned from intern to full-time Media Relations and Event Coordinator for major racing events including IndyCar and NASCAR. She later moved to Austin to serve as the sole Event Production Manager for Circuit of the Americas, then the only Formula 1 track in the U.S. Makenzie has also held leadership roles in digital media, managing operations for YouTuber MonkeyWerx, and supported career transitions for others as a Recruiter and Account Manager at Insight Global, the nation’s second-largest IT staffing firm.
Since joining Pro Capital in 2023, Makenzie has become a cornerstone of the team. She’s built trusted relationships with clients, consistently delivering exceptional service and clear, proactive communication. Her ability to manage complex operations while maintaining a deeply personal client experience makes her an invaluable part of the firm’s mission to stand guard and build legacy.
